The Contractor Charter promises that Glotel will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your CV
- Provide honest, clear and detailed job descriptions
- Obtain your permission before submitting your CV to a client
- Never alter your CV, unless authorised to do so, by you
- Provide you with a status report on interviews within 24 hours.
Provide a personal Account Manager who will:
- contact you within the first week of a new placement
- contact you on a monthly basis thereafter
- Provide prompt payment
- Ensure that we start our search for your next contract six weeks before the end of your current contract
